Yes, we assign 24 months warranty, in accordance with applicable law, on all parts and services made in the equipment at no extra cost.

Yes, if the equipment is accompanied with the purchase invoice.

What do I need to send with my equipment when sending for repair?

Only the unit and its battery. Cables, charger, box, manual, memory cards only serve to increase the weight and shipping price!

My equipment doesn't turn on, I don't know that's the problem and the cost?

There is no problem, the diagnosing is free, you can fill the description field with just "Doesn't turn on".

We also offer a recycling service of your equipment, if the price of repair exceed the commercial value of it!


What is the cost of this service?

The collection equipment is 6 € and shipment is 6 € for Portugal, the VAT is already included. For repairs above 100 €, collecting and sending are 100% free.

Can I send the equipment?

Yes, if you don't want us to do the collection, then you will be charged 6 € for returning the equipment.

How long does it take to schedule a collection?

Usually, if you make the request before 16:00, the collection of equipment is made in the morning in the next day.

Once it is collected, how long will it take to get the equipment back?

As a general rule the equipment is repaired and sent on the day of receipt, to have a fast and effective service.
