1. Terms of Use of the Site

Both the navigation of this site and the acquisition of any product or service provided by it presupposes the acceptance of the present information and General Conditions of Use contained in this page. The user undertakes to use this site in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the site for activities contrary to law, morality and good customs or rights and interests of third parties.

P-Telemóveis reserves the right to unilaterally modify and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of this site, its services and the General Conditions of Use, with the exception of the agreements already executed and in execution. The content and information created for presentation on this site is the property of P-Telemóveis, so its use, reproduction, copying or dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos contained in the site are subject to its prior authorization.

P-Telemóveis takes into account information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers and photographs that illustrate the products marketed. As such, the images of the products presented on the website are merely illustrative. P-Telemóveis recommends that the customer consult the detailed description of the product in order to obtain the complete information about the respective characteristics of the product, or to contact the Customer Support.

Taking into account that used products are also marketed there may be differences between the image and the product itself, due to the use and history of the same, which is unique in each equipment.

Every effort is made to ensure that the information presented herein is free of typographical and pictorial errors. Whenever these occur, P-Telemóveis will proceed as soon as possible to the respective correction of the same.

2. Data Protection Policy

P-Telemóveis is committed to respecting the privacy of its users, for that reason we have structured our site so that it is possible to navigate without recourse to the introduction of the personal data. When it is necessary to collect personal data of the users to make our services available or when they decide to share their data on their own initiative, the use of this information will be carried out according to the legislation in force – General Regulation of Data Protection (RGPD). The data shared by users will be subject to computer processing and will be verified in the database of P-Telemóveis.

When you choose to provide us with information about your personal data (any information through which you can be identified), you can be assured that this information will only be used for the purposes of your relationship as a P-Telemóveis customer.

In the planning of this site, we have adopted measures that we consider to be the most adequate to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of the users’ personal data, as well as all other rights that assist you. Users must guarantee the accuracy, correctness, authenticity and validity of the personal data they have provided to P-Telemóveis.

Type of data collected through our website: Full Name; Tax Identification Number; genre; Date of birth; Contact Phone, Full Address (shipping and / or billing, if different); E-mail; Company Name.

How we use the information collected: The information collected is intended to respond to requests made by users, such as registration on the site; processing of orders (opening of the customer card and invoicing of the products / services); voluntary subscription of the email marketing service; responses to requests for information, suggestion or complaint; and communication with customers.

With whom we share the data: P-Telemóveis assures the confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits them to third parties with the sole and exclusive purpose of performing the service requested by the user, namely: sending parcels to the address provided (carrier); treatment of guarantees and / or return of products (suppliers); performance of purchased service contracts (operators); and to judicial and tax authorities to comply with legal requirements.

Owner and Data Controller: P-Telemóveis is the entity responsible for the treatment of your personal data and for the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the legislation in force – General Regulation of Data Protection (RGPD).

Period of Preservation: P-Telemóveis will keep the collected data until request for forgetting of them, by the the data's holder.

Right to access, change and remove your personal data: At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contract and the RGPD, to change them, to oppose the respective treatment , to decide on the authorized treatment of the same, to withdraw the consent and to exercise the other rights provided by law (except when the data are indispensable for the respective billing by P-Telemóveis and the fulfillment of the legal obligations that P-Telemóveis is subject). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment made up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, if there is a violation of your personal data, and you can submit complaints to the authority(ies).

3. Price Policy

The prices of the products and services available on this site are exclusive to the purchases made by this route. These are presented in euros and with the value of VAT included.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical or other error that causes a noticeable change not foreseen by P-Telemóveis in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes unacceptable or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.

P-Telemóveis reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, P-Telemóveis undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of making the purchase order.

For your convenience, when you receive your P-Telemóveis order, write upon receipt of receipt on the “Subject to Verification of Goods” proof of delivery and identify, in writing and with a photograph, all damages that the packaging may contain. Only in this way we can be responsible for the damages that occurred in the process of delivery of your order.

4. Payment options

P-Telemóveis offers 5 payment options:

ATM Reference
The payments by ATM Reference can be made by Homebanking or by the ATM Network. At the end of your order, the ATM reference will be generated and sent to your email. To make the payment you have to select the option “Payments for Services / Purchases” and enter the entity, reference and corresponding value that were sent by email.

Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you can consult the data to make the transfer on the order or in your email. Your order will be sent after payment confirmation, which depending on the banks can take up to two business days.

Paypal payment is a secure method used around the world. By selecting this payment method, the user will be redirected to the Paypal Login page. The purchase value will be debited from the Paypal account, plus 3% corresponding to the fees applied by this payment method. P-Telemóveis does not save the access data to the Paypal account. 

With Mbway you can pay for your order through your mobile phone number, at no additional cost. You should have the application active on your mobile phone in order to make the payment via this route. For more information on this payment method, click here.

To pay for the order by Payshop, you must go to one of the Payshop agents (see here), indicate the reference you obtained with the order and make the respective payment.

Payment to Billing
When choosing the Payment at destination option, the customer will only have to make the payment upon delivery. Orders placed with this option cannot exceed € 500 (or € 1000 if you are a Reseller) and must be paid exclusively in cash to the courier. This method only works for mainland Portugal and has a fee that adds to the cost of € 2.50. P-Telemóveis reserves the right to cancel a charge order or to block this payment method, if the customer's history shows previous orders registered with the same payment method and not delivered under the customer's responsibility or that do not respect these conditions above. You can check the shipping cost at point nº5.

5. Orders and Shipping

Orders are only processed on business days until 5 pm. After confirmation of payment, orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Pre-orders, unlike the normal orders and mentioned above, will only be processed when the product is available by the brand, for official distribution and for final customer.

The costs of sending the orders are the responsibility of the customer and add to the total value of the selected products. The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming his request and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the chosen shipping medium.

Delivery times may change due to stock breaks, festive seasons or other conditions external to P-Telemóveis, such as delays by delivery services, as they are a company external to P-Telemóveis.

For your convenience, when receiving your order P-Telemóveis, write when signing the receipt on the delivery receipt "Subject to verification of Merchandise" and identify, in writing and with photo, all damages that the package may contain. Only in this way can we be liable for damages that have occurred in the process of delivering your order.

6. Breakdowns and Guarantees

All products sold by P-Telemóveis are not manufactured by P-Telemóveis. At the time of sale, P-Telemóveis passes the guarantee of the same product(s) to the user.

1. Equipment within Warranty

Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of 21 May, all products sold as a 2-year compliance guarantee, ensured by their respective brands. In the case of a defective product, you must notify P-Telemóveis, who will be responsible for the management of this process. If there is an agreement between P-Telemóveis and the customer, all products sold in used condition have a warranty of 12 months. Consumable products whose regular use implies their destruction or disposal, due to their specific nature may, depending on the manufacturer, have a guaranteed warranty period of less than 2 years.

1.1 Repair Service Warranty

The warranty for P-Telemóveis’s repair service is 90 days from the date of termination of service. This limited warranty does not affect the statutory rights set forth in the national legislation on the new components used in the repair. The guarantee of repairs does not include the following conditions:

> Physical damage (broken / damaged / corroded / warped equipment, etc.);
> Misuse, damage caused by falls, neglect, fire, water, electrical disturbances, atmospheric, etc.;
> Damage caused by transportation carried out by the Client or third parties on his behalf;
> Use of options or consumables not appropriate for the equipment in question;
> During this period the equipment has undergone technical intervention, with workmanship and spare parts to the services of P-Telemóveis;
> The previous repair has been carried out at the request and responsibility of the customer.

  1.2 Malfunctions

Should the product purchased prove to be defective or defective, the customer must inform P-Telemóveis’s Customer Service, informing them of the number of their order and the description of the malfunction. Upon receipt of the article, at P-Telemóveis’s premises, this will be sent to the brand representative and, in case of absence of any nonconformity, the article will be replaced or repaired. In this case, P-Telemóveis will deliver the article to the customer, by the same medium that was delivered for repair. If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and / or any problem that may have caused the malfunction of the item (eg, fall, humidity, etc.), the customer will be contacted to indicate whether the equipment is to be repaired . In this case P-Telemóveis will provide you with a free quote.

2. Out of Warranty Equipment

Even if your equipment is outside the warranty period, P-Telemóveis offers a repair service under conditions to be agreed, so you should go to one of our stores. If the customer wishes to repair an out-of-warranty equipment, please contact the P-Telemóveis Technical Center indicating the equipment and its fault. P-Telemóveis will inform the customer about the address in which they will have to deliver the equipment. If this option is not possible, the customer can send the product by registered mail to the address indicated, at the P-Telemóveis Technical Center. Upon receipt of the customer’s equipment, P-Telemóveis technicians will analyze the equipment verifying the fault described by the customer. After this analysis, the customer will be contacted by our team to be informed about the budget for the repair of the equipment. The repair will only be initiated after express acceptance of the budget by the Customer.

3. Direct warranty with the manufacturer

Some brands offer warranty/support directly to the Customer. In these cases, you can contact the brand directly to deal with the equipment warranty.

7. Shipping & Returns

When you buy a product on this site, it is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days after taking physical possession of the goods, you can return or exchange the product, according to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

1. Charges

In cases of free contract resolution, the return postage will be charged to the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

2. Conditions

Although returns / exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days of distance purchases (as described above), goods returned will only be accepted if they strictly comply with the following conditions:

> The item must be returned together with its packaging, manuals and accessories, in immaculate condition;
> Along with the returned good, should be accompanying the same, the invoice containing that same article;
> Juntamente com o bem devolvido, deverá estar a acompanhar o mesmo, a fatura onde consta esse mesmo artigo;
> If it is an item purposely ordered at the customer’s discretion, it may not have the branded stamps broken;
> The product Serial Number may not have been associated with any product brand online account.

In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange. Except for technical anomaly, there are articles which by their nature (for reasons of hygiene, safety, data transmission risk, manufacturer’s recommendations, etc.) cannot be accepted for returns / exchanges if it have the branded stamps broken.

Orders placed by the Online Store and where payment has been made only at the time of withdrawal from the Physical Store are not covered by the Decree of Law mentioned in point 1. As the customer has access to the product he is buying before make the respective payment.

3. Exchanges or Returns

To initiate the return / exchange process, the customer must:
1. Access the “My Account” page, which is at the link:;
2. Select the option “MERCHANDISE RETURNS” and choose the order you want to return/exchange;
3. Choose the product you want to return / exchange;
4. Describe the reason;
5. Enter the IBAN, if the payment has been made by Bank Transfer, ATM, Payshop, Mbway or cash;
6. Enter Return Type: Warranty or Return / Exchange;
7. Add photos of the product status.

After sending this form the customer must wait for the analysis of your order by P-Telemóveis. If the order is accepted, the customer must send the product to the address indicated in the instructions received. Upon verification of compliance with the conditions of the preceding paragraph, P-Telemóveis will proceed with the order and proceed to exchange or refund the product as requested. If the product does not comply with the conditions it will be returned to the customer under the same conditions as received.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on the return form or by PayPal if this was the payment method. This procedure does not apply to resellers.

8. Cookies Policy

What are cookies? “Cookies” are small labels of software that are stored in the access equipment through the browser, retaining only information related to the preferences, not including, as such, the personal data.

What are cookies for? Cookies help determine the usefulness, interest, and number of uses of the sites, allowing for faster and more efficient browsing, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information.

P-Telemóveis is not responsible for the damages resulting from any computer viruses or any other situations that are unrelated to and that prevent the access and correct operation of this site as well as the services available in it.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal. They may have recourse to official bodies to assist them in resolving or guiding any conflict before opening litigation in the Courts. 11. SmartPoints

SmartPoints are points that the customer earns when making purchases on the P-Telemóveis Online Shop. This feature is not available to Resellers.

Each product is awarded a certain number of points that are indicated on the product page below the price. SmartPoints can be accumulated in the customer’s account and converted into a voucher to discount on purchases in the Online Store, having a validity of 6 months. In order for the voucher to be used, the order in question must be placed with a TIN (tax identification number). The remaining amount of the voucher that is not used in the order will be forfeited. To redeem points for vouchers you need to go to the “My Account” page, “Rewards” section and click on the button to exchange their points. To use the voucher, you must enter the voucher code at the end of the order before finalizing it. You must have at least 500 SmartPoints to be able to convert points, corresponding to a voucher worth 5€.

P-Telemóveis reserves the right to cancel SmartPoints in the event of cancellation or return of the order, as well as in the event of a point management program malfunction.

12. Affiliate program

The P-Telemóveis Affiliate Program integrates a set of opportunities for its participants to receive benefits through sales that are made in this Online Store. Each affiliate will have access to a unique link or a promotional code to share with their friends / followers, in order to count their sales. The benefits associated with each affiliate are defined through a protocol established between both parties.

13. Insurances

P-Telemóveis offers options for Theft and Damage Insurance or Extended Warranty Insurance for some new, used and refurbished equipment available in the Online Store. These insurances are underwritten by AWP P&C SA - Branch in Portugal, which also uses the designation Allianz Global Assistance, headquartered at Av. Do Brasil, 56, 3.º Piso, 1700-073 Lisboa. Insurance can only be claimed by customers resident in Portugal. Insurance requests are not accepted for collect shipping orders.
